We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: You have 5 days to return your purchased item(s) from the day that your order was delivered.
Email Us to receive a return authorization (RA) number, along with a brief description stating the reason for your return. Once we provide you with an RA number, put this number on the outside of the P&P box that we sent you. The box must be sent back to us (at your expense) via ground shipping with a tracking number. You can use UPS, Fed Ex or US mail.
All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify either the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted, we will issue you a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.
If your return is rejected, due to quality inspections, you will be refunded the amount paid, minus a $150 restocking fee. Please understand that these are wearable art pieces that take a great deal of time to create.
